Eau de toilette (EDT) vs eau de parfum (EDP) and Parfum: What's the difference?The difference is simply the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. Eau de parfum has a higher concentration than eau de toilette, making it a stronger fragrance. There is also pure perfume (Parfum), which has the highest concentration, and eau de cologne, which has the lowest concentration of oils.

What do fragrance notes refer to?Fragrances are comprised of many different scents, these scents are called "notes." Top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (5-10 minutes). Middle or heart notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more. Base notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.

My perfume does not spray, nothing comes out, is it broken?To get your fragrance spraying again please follow these instructions below: 1. Hold one finger against the spray nozzle. 2.Use your other finger to pump the spray 10-15x. 3.Remove your finger from the spray nozzle. 4.Pump the spray another 10-15x as needed. 5.Allow the fragrance bottle to settle for 5-10 minutes. Your fragrance bottle should be fully functional now! If you are still having problems, you can repeat steps 1-5. For further assistance, please email us at info@savorysense.com

What are my payment options?We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB. We also accept the following forms of electronic payments: Shop Now, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo. Please note standard and credit rates will apply and all transactions are posted in US Dollars.

What are your domestic shipping policies?Standard ground shipping is offered for free on domestic orders greater than or equal to $150. Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity of items in your order. Shipping costs are shown and calculated before you checkout; please proceed to checkout to see costs for your order. Depending on your selection, your tracking information will be received within 24-72 hours of placing your order; the shipment will typically arrive in 1 - 14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship to over 220 countries. Please use our shipping calculator to see if we ship to your country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customer is responsible for additional customs' fees. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

What is your cancellation policy?For our products-- In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order. For our services-- Customer can cancel bookings and/or Savory Sense reservations up to 72 hours before scheduled event is to occur. Deposit is non-refundable.

My item arrived, but it is damaged. What should I do?"In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@savorysense.com so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five (5) business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

What is your return policy?All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the product back to the address to return address on the shipping packaging you received. For full return, product should be unopened and in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages (unless we made an error). Tester products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make your selection carefully.

Do you have any gifting services?Gifting is a service provided by Savory Sense at an additional cost to customers. We give our customers the options of: gift wrapping, display boxes and customized arrangements. Please submit your request to us via the Contact Us page and/or send our team an email to info@savorysense.com so we can get started. Note: No two arrangements are created identically unless requested.
